| It has been proven that many health problems originate from your indoor climate. The quality of the air you breathe is directly linked to your HVAC and duct system. Bacteria, mold spores, dust, odors, and viruses can all accumulate in your duct system. These pollutants can cause poor operating conditions and a dangerous environment. Most homeowners move into their homes with the assumption that everything in their new home is safe and operating properly. However, most home inspectors do not inspect duct systems. This is because they are only required to inspect the A/C system for proper operation. More than half of homes purchased today are at least 8 – 10 years old and the duct systems have never been inspected.

These conditions could have been avoided with proper filtration and maintenance.
